Why do the charges on my credit card say LERI?
Lasallian Educational Research Initiatives (LERI) is the parent company of Anselm or Professor’s Choice. LERI is a nonprofit that serves a variety of organizations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, in the email confirmation there will be a tracking number for USPS and UPS.
Orders that used shipping method USPS Media Mail will NOT be provided a tracking number.
How do I return or cancel my order?
There are no returns for Professor’s Choice customized products.
Professor’s Choice products are customized textbook options for each customer for specific course needs at individual educational institutions. Due to this, these books are non-returnable.
For non-Professor’s Choice products: In-print and out-of-print titles in saleable condition (books, audio, video, etc.) may be returned within 6 months of original invoice date. The original invoice number, the date of the original invoice, and the discount received are necessary when making the return.

All cancelation must happen within same day of order by 3:30pm central time.
I see charges on my canceled order?
Canceled or refunded orders can take up to 7 to 10 days to be processed, depending on how fast your bank processes them.
If the charges have been longer than 10 days, feel free to contact us to verify your cancellation or refund.
The shipping cost is too high. Are there other options?
Our website pulls prices from UPS and USPS daily based on your location. If you would like assistance in finding the best shipment options for your order, please contact us by phone at 888-457-7970 or by email at info@professorschoice.com.
Do we ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! For international orders, please contact us by email or phone and we will assist you with the best shipping possible.
Will I be charged sales tax?
By law, we must charge state sales tax on all applicable products shipped to customers who are located in Minnesota, California, Texas, and Illinois unless they have a valid sale/use tax-exemption number. If you are not a resident of these states, you will not be charged sales tax. If you are from one of these three states and have a tax-exempt number, you will be prompted to enter that number during the checkout process.
I am a professor. Can I request complimentary examination copies of textbooks and teaching materials?
Complimentary copies of textbooks and teaching materials are available to professors considering materials for classroom adoption. To receive your free examination copy, call 888-664-0014 or visit the item page of the book you would like to request.
What if my Professor’s Choice product is damage or defective?
Upon receipt of your order, please examine the text. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, please call 800-533-8095 within 10 days of receipt of the order to receive proper credit or a replacement text. No credit will be granted for items not purchased directly from Professor’s Choice.
I would like to reprint a section from a book published by Anselm Academic. How do I get permission to do this?
See our Permission Requests page or contact our permissions editor at 888-664-0014. We will need to know what materials and pages you want permission to copy, how the reprint will be used, where the reprint will appear, and how many copies will be made.
